1. Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:
- "68plusph" refers to the online gaming platform operating at 68plusph.club, regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
- "Account" means the personal registered account maintained by the Player on the 68plusph platform.
- "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered and holds an active Account with 68plusph.
- "Services" means all gaming products, betting facilities, payment services, and customer support provided through the 68plusph platform.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a game, event, or outcome via the 68plusph platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 68plusph platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by:
- These Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
- The 68plusph Privacy Policy;
- Any game-specific rules displayed within each game or betting market;
- Any bonus or promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered;
- All applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
Registration and use of the 68plusph platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities. 68plusph takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction
The 68plusph platform is operated and regulated under PAGCOR authorization for access by eligible persons within the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 68plusph does not knowingly accept registrations from prohibited jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on 68plusph. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Accurate Registration Information
Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and mobile number. 68plusph reserves the right to verify this information at any time through its KYC process.
4. Account Security & Verification
4.1 Player Responsibility for Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 68plusph account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 68plusph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a Player's failure to protect their login credentials.
4.2 KYC Verification
68plusph is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to conduct identity verification. Players may be required to submit:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID);
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
- Proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank account confirmation);
- Source of funds documentation where required by AML thresholds.
Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is successfully completed. 68plusph processes KYC submissions within 3–5 business days.
4.3 Suspicious Activity
68plusph reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation where suspicious activity — including unusual transaction patterns, suspected fraud, or potential AMLA reporting triggers — is identified. Players will be notified of any suspension by email unless notification would compromise the investigation.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
68plusph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven 7-Connect (deposit only). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated through the platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within one (1) hour during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 68plusph does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, Players should note that their payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.4 Funds Source Requirement
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same Account. 68plusph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the Player's verified Account.
PAGCOR AML Compliance: All financial transactions on 68plusph are monitored in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines. Transactions meeting AMLA reporting thresholds will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 68plusph are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Players must read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be forfeited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
68plusph reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance game strategies designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
6.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions
68plusph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would materially and adversely affect Players who have already accepted a promotion in good faith.
7. Gameplay Rules & Fairness
All games available on the 68plusph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanisms that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories (such as eCOGRA or Gaming Laboratories International). The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage applicable to each slot game is disclosed within the game interface.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game round, the 68plusph server logs constitute the definitive record of the transaction. Players may request a game log review by contacting customer support.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 68plusph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the proprietary property of 68plusph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 68plusph content is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68plusph shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising;
- Losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or factors beyond the reasonable control of 68plusph;
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 68plusph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12. Termination & Suspension
68plusph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Voluntary self-exclusion by the Player;
- Direction from PAGCOR or a competent legal authority.
Upon termination for breach, 68plusph reserves the right to forfeit Account balances attributable to fraudulent activity. Real-money balances from legitimate play will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any necessary investigation.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 68plusph's internal complaint procedure shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the first point of escalation.

14. Amendments to These Terms
68plusph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 68plusph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
